From a young child, the attitude of respect towards others had been instilled. Born into a Thai custom household, I was taught that respect takes you where money cannot and with my parents working in the food industry, that saying remained all too true. Watching my parents work countless hours, I learned to achieve goals at an early age in hopes that one day they could reap the benefits of their hard labor.
I have always been extremely close to my grandmother- as she loved and cared for me while my parents provided a living. She taught me how to be respectful and empathize with others. Her teachings have molded me and afforded me opportunities to connect with many on unexplainable levels.
At 12, the composition of art inspired me to explore deeper. I can remember my classmates seeing my doodles in my notebook, and wanting me to draw cartoons for their locker decorations. Though I loved creating cartoons, it intrigued me to understand other’s interest in art as well.
Once I learned the introduction to Photoshop and photography in high school, I knew I wanted to pursue a career. Graduating with a BA degree in Graphic Design from Coastal Carolina University, I experienced many opportunities like studying abroad to understand the diversity amongst other cultures or attending design conferences in Dallas, TX. I was also a member of various organizations like Alpha Psi Lambda National, Inc. and National Society of Leadership & Success.
Having a background in digital marketing, designing, and photography allowed me to continue to learn new skills and gain more experiences. When I found The ART of Real Estate, I knew the company and what it stands for would be a great fit. We continue to push boundaries and maintain our high team standard while learning new activities each day. My goal is to derive fulfillment from accomplishments and push marketing strategies aligning with the mission of The ART of Real Estate.
